have a new team duraspeed 1.5 bar which is 8 years old it now cuts out after about 20 seconds is this repairable or is it new pump time, have a qoute of 260euro for a techflow qt45 or 394 for a monsoon thanks

either the filter is blocked or it may be airlocked
