Looking to bring my gf somewhere hot at the end of March. We will probably be back packing. We were thinking about Barcelona or Rome. Should we go further afield for guaranteed sun? Any suggestions?

Id head to any of Canary islands for sun. Dunno about backpacking tho, mostly package holidays there. But Barcelonas meant to be great. And it'll most likely be a lot warmer than Ireland. Rome is expensive. So ive heard. Just so u know. :-)
