    Not sure if this is in the right thread so please feel free to move it but im in Melbourne at the minute an desperately looking for work so if anyone has any contacts or is over here at the minute maybe pm me.Im pretty much willing to do anything i have a software engineering degree but id probably actually prefer general labouring or landscape gardening work i have experience in both.I really love it down here so any tips or hints would be appreciated even if you dont have contacts.

    Oh and also im on the usual travel/work visa so im not actually looking for anything permanant.Thanks alot appreciate any help.

    I am from Melbourne and know there is plenty of work to be found.
    Have you tried looking at
    ww.mycareer.com.au

    Heaps of jobs there.

    Otherwise try many of the temp agancies, i find these are the best for finding short term positions that would fit in perfect with your visa restrictions.

    Cheers for that ive been looking at seek.com and that there seems to be plenty of telemarketing and things like that but zero labouring/landscape gardening/plumbing or anything like that which is what most of the lads over here were hoping for.Cheers for that site though im probably just going to look into temping like you said.Thanks again.
