Myself and Walko are travellin over to LA with Wilis for his WPT. The two of us are mainly going to be playin cash games for the most of the day. im hoping to play 1-2 NL, i wouldnt really have the bank roll for much higher.
(what should i sit in with, what should i watch out for, how diff is it to NL on the net etc etc )

im aware that you could make good money over there playing these, but more than likely im budget to lose the money.
could the players with more experience, esp those who play alot of live cash games either last year in the WSOP or in general throw as many tips my direction as possible. appreciate them all.

Hopefully should be a good week, and appreciate all comments and advice!

    ty

In general Americans dont let go of their mid or small pairs. Dont play the day you arrive in.

I had 3 days to kill in LA during the Bike's Legends of Poker festival, the cash games were fantastic. I found that they just couldn't lay down a hand, so if you play a tight solid game you should get paid off on all your monsters. Also they have read way too many books, so you can represent certain hands by playing them how Doyle Brunson/ Dan Harrington etc. tell you too. For example a limp re raise utg is nearly always considered as aces. Gl, you should make a killing. If you do well in the 1/2 game you should move up to the 2/5, the standard is just as poor.
