Well at least 13 players have no gf's.... went out in 2nd to Kevin Fitzpatrick who played well to take 1st.

Interesting hand with 3 left. Me 20k, Kevin 18k, other lad 8k. Blinds 500-100.

The other lad is on the button and folds. I have Qh8d in the BB. Kevin limps in the SB which is not unusual, but it tells me he has no ace, unless he has two of them. I check.

    Flop Qc3c7d

    Kevin pushes all-in....???

I didn't see this hand (went out earlier in an excellent display of how to go broke with 20BB with 85s), but Kevin has a flush draw a very large amount of the time here. Unfortunately he could also play a set like this.

    Well done man.
    how much was for first/second.
im surprised i didn’t win it now based on my wonderful display of skill.
the dude got the better of me and he played it well.
just lost patience to wait for a hand and boom.
Would have been a good idea to put him all in on the flop and not on the turn where he had actually made his flush.
tell me you got his chips later on?

OK I don't think I met you, I was on table 1 and cash games after.

I thought the same as you roundtower, but he is a tricky player. He moves his stack a lot and just when you think you have him he shows the stone cold nuts..! I folded assuming flush draw, set or 73.. and he showed 7c9c.

That 85s was just ul.. I swear he nearly folded the AK. That player didn't play a single hand on the other table. Even Harold remarked on how tight he was!!!

Gholi, that dealer was a lunatic - I couldn't get past him. Evey time he had to show something he had a hand... I couldn't decide whether the deck had hit him in the face or whether he was just a great player.. or a bit of both? He blew his tank (CL) on the final table with some ropey play so I'm going with the "deck in face" theory... prize structure was 900, 650, 400

I forgot about pair+flush draw, he had that one other time tonight as well when he did something very similar, I think into two players.

I think the dealer was just a muppet, remember the hand where he minraised me on the river with A3, also he showed some other dodgy hands. Don't know what the AK guy was thinking, he seemed to want to fold it preflop as well.

played that and went out a respectable 97th ;) at least I didnt rebuy once...
Was moved onto the BB 3 times in a row which killed me and then when the blind went 2k/4k I went for a stealyro with 77 for 36K after 3 limpers in the late position after developing a nice tight image...everyone folded bar chip leader at the time bigtimedan or something shows Q2 mid table and hits a set of queens. C'est la vie.

yeah - the A3 was strange. Also, his A8 play with the guy all in was stupid. I think he over rated Ax. He was even re-raising with it.. What fuked up myself and Gholi was, for the first hour or two he only showed premium hands. FH, Str8, numerous flushes, trips etc.. and with starting hands such as AK/AQ/JJ etc.. So when he re-raised we had to give him respect.. when in fact he had no idea what he was doing. I folded AT, AJ and TT to his re-raises..

That’s exactly it,I mean when ever it went to show down he showed the nuts or very close to it, but by the way he was playing(fcukin raising and reraising everything) that he couldn’t have had it every time.
Had to lay down TT to his limp raise, then TT again to his reraise.
I was trying to represent the flush on the final hand that did me and what do you know he has the flush.
Can’t wait to play him again as now I have a comfortable read on his style of play.
Who ever said patience is a virtue must have been a poker player.
