    Hey All,

Just wanted to see if anybody can supply me with any info on Spinning, pros and cons and the likes. I used to be a regular at spinning classes but I am afraid my current gym dont do them. I found them quite tough at the beginning but after 2/3 weeks they were OK. Also can anybody recommned a gym that does good spinning classes? My membership for my current gym is up in 2 months!!
