Right, just tried on a skirt that I haven't worn for about a month and it seems it's tighter at the ass. I'm unfortunately quite paranoid.. so what exercises do you actually do to tone/firm up your ass??

As you firm up your ass, do you actually lose weight from it??

You can't lose fat locally, you'll have to lose it in general to reduce your ass size. 'Toning' will just firm up the underlying muscle, but the fat will still be there on top.

you can't really lose weight at a specific place, Deep squats will hit your ass good but ultimately how "toned" it looks comes down to body fat.
It's like a guy who has big hard abs but you can't see them because of a layer of fat over them, where as a guy who might never have done any abwork before could have a great six pack simply because he has a low bf

Does this skirt make my bum look big?

To lose fat, make sure there are fewer calories going in than out. Cut down on fat in your diet, walk rather than drive, that kind of thing.

    Shake your tailfeather.

or lunges or bulgarian squats are good too. Is your bodyfat higher than before? If so, your diet over the last month is probably to blame.
