    HI guys,

I have volunteered to organise our team's night out for this quarter and was wondering what you could suggest, or maybe even what you did with your teams.

we have received some new regulations of what we can do which cancels out the classics like going go karting or paintballing, or even scuba diving.

it is a pain in the arse as I found this out AFTER I volunteered to organise it.

we are about 15 people and we have a budget from about 50 Euro per head, mor eif some people don't and probably won't come

    any help would be great.

    cheers

    Gilga

What are your limits Gilgamesh?? No activities where somebody could get injured??

If so then all yoru left with is somethiing like theatre & dinner, something along those lines.

Another one we did was to go to a comedy night, was pretty good. It was in the sugar club.

our work social night out is next friday
    it's a pub crawl!
we drink one drink in each pub and also collect something (eg x amount of beer mats)
    one pint - 2 points
    one short - 1 point
    stuff collected - ? points
points are added up at the end of the night to see which team wins.
can't believe work is encouraging us to drink like this but I'm going anyways :D

I was at the sugar club last week, it's a great night out

yeah I know, the limits are pretty ****ty indeed, but yeah, activities where you can't get injured, is pretty much what they are saying.

I was surprised that you are still allowed to get completely ****faced though, but I guess they couldn't forbid that.

the sugarclub might be a good, idea, was also the first time I was at a boardsbeer, too, as fun indeed.

I think the pub crawl might stand up best, but I personally thought it is getting a bit boring at soem stage

Off with you to play a round of Golf.

18 Pubs, One pint and a shot per pub.

The amount of sips you take from your drink being your number of 'shots' for each hole, and the shot being your putt on the green. Keep scores as to who completes the 18 pubs in the least amount of shots!

Well bowling is an option and many bowling alleys have bar or sell alcohol. They have those laser games in most of them also. Check out a Comedy venue, usually in a pub anyway.

bowling would be a good idea if we wouldn't be doing that every wednesday anyhow.

have just arranged that we are going to the laughter lounge on the 25th to see 'who's line is it anyway' has some of the original UK staf in it so should be a blast.
    thanks for the help guys.
