It comes with the drivers for your card. Its not nessessary to use your s-video but it has some nice features to help.

Lets see if you can do with out it though.

First of all you need an s-video adapter cable. They come in two flavours 4-pin and 6-pin. The first is just images, the later is sound also.

They look something like this (make sure you dont use the wrong one dont force it.)

connect the black bit to your PC and the others to your TV. Make sure your TV is on and set to AV.

Next right click your desktop and click properties. In the display properties window that pops up click the settings tab to the top right.

You should see something like this. (If not post back here.)

If so click the display drop down menu and select (s-video option or something) the Extend my windows desktop onto this monitor option should now bw available click it and apply.

    I think..:)

If im not mistaken it is like a diagnostics tool for nvidea graphics cards.I think you can also use it to download new drivers.

you lucky basterd, that card is amazing. You dont by any chance want to get rid of your old pc,cause if you /do im your man.

oh right.... that was a very subtle "in"

In that case I imagine the control centre, accesible through the control panel would be your best bet.

A program like VirtualDub or VirtualVCR can be used to capture video from your card's inputs - all you need for these are the drivers for your card to be correctly installed. www.doom9.org and www.videohelp.com are some good places to go for help with analogue video capturing.
