This time of year is hard, it is ment to be spring and yet it is as cold and as barren as mid november.
It is like the earth was due to wake up for the first of feb but has hit the snooze button for 6 weeks.
But the feeling will this winter ever end is a crappy one and most people that I know myself included have had a low time of it atm.

Life is a rollercoaster with ups and downs but when you have had depression in your life it is hard to get to a stage when you can let yourself have a normal down week or two.
You get scared thinking it may slide into worse times and lost a hell of a lot longer and that takes you lower.
I did once think it would be easier not to feel such things at all but if I never let myself hava a bad day how can I know and cherish a good one ?
The last two weeks have been damned hard to get up out off the bed in the morning and all I seem to want to do it sleep.
But it will pass, spring will be blooming soon and the days will get brighter and warmer.

Chin up Kell, you will get through it and the next down time and the one after it and get to relish life and play merry havoc come summer.

yeah Gandalf and Ruthie know Kell from the pth private forum as does Thaed.I've not met him yet but if he organises and goes to a pth beers, then I'll meet him and we'll all sort out his humour.

Also Gandalf is the cat mod ( category mod ) of the soc category here so Vbulletin wont allow a pi mod to ban him because being the soc cat mod , makes him mod here too (look at the mod list at the bottom of the forum)

The fact that two of the PI mods have posted and not taken any action should clue you into that.
Go learn a few things by clicking on the links in Kells sig.
Boards.ie is a community and so people to infact know each other in person and in some cases for quiet a considerible lenght of time.

I don't see as I need to explain all my actions to someone who doesn't know the history behind us lot - I have no doubt whatsoever that kell actually does have a problem, it's how I got to know him in the first place all those years ago.

I don't get this - I've seen people post stuff more in depth then this on numerous times to have it moved elsewhere with a warning. There are no links in the sig as someone said to click....?
