I`m trying to sign up for webspace but i keep getting the message, invalid charactors in username, even though im putting in the right user name, what am i doing wrong.

Try it without the spaces.

thanks seamus, that worked great, maybe you can answer another question, i uploaded a photo to attach to a reply in a forum but when i went to attach it, it says the file is to big, how can i make it smaller. thanks again.

You need to use an image manipulation program like photoshop or paint.
