Parsing RSS feed data to a links page

Hey lads kinda new to the whole RSS thing so I have a quick question. My WordPress blog at http://www.stevetrek.com/blog automatically generates an RSS feed for users who visit the site who want to keep up with things. That's grand as I've added the feed as a live bookmark myself in Firefox and it works no problem. Now, what I'm wondering is, is there any way to parse this RSS data (Latest blog entries, title headers that kinda thing) to a links page of some sort?

Say for instances I have a standard page with three links, is there any way to get these links to update dynamically as the content of the RSS feed changes? Ie, have them show the last three entries in the feed itself.

Cheers in advance for the help guys.
