Payment Problem.

I sold a Nintendo DS to an English man on the 25th of January and he also paid me that day but the payment hasn't appeared on my Credit Card statement. So I have this man becoming increasingly agitated on the other end waiting for his item.I have a receipt from Paypal but no sign of payment on my statement.
What do I do?

Have you actually instructed paypal to send you the money, or is it simply sitting in your paypal account? Obviously the latter. You need to read up on paypal pronto. Then sort this.

If he sent you the money, and paypal reciepted it to you, the man has every right to be angry. He sent you the money and you never sent the item. Your incapability to deal with paypal and use their tools to move the money to you has left a customer out in the cold. The money left his hands and was given to you, and simply becuase you do not know where you have put the money does not make it ok to withold the item.
