Netteller help

Setup a netteller account today but now when i try to add my bank account details, it just keeps sayin error occured. Has ben happening all day. Any ideas?

I think you have to upgrade to a premium account before entering your bank details.

Also its your IBAN that you have to put in, not just your bank account number.

But yeah, give em a call.
