Rules.

Rounds will be 20 mins long with 1 map on each game, ie total match will not last longer than 40 mins

No Commanders. No C4 at all. No Vehicles. No Unlocked Weapons. You can used any fixed weapon you want, ie fixed heavy machine guns. You can also use nades and the nade launcher.

Maps will be : Karkand 16, Sharqui 16, Oman 16, Masthur 16

Rounds will be 20 mins long with 1 map on each game, ie total match will not last longer than 40 mins roughly. Teams will be 6 v 6. If a team turns up with 5 and doesnt mind playing a team of 6 then fine. Where possible the matches will be on a Sunday night and will be hosted on the TiG match server or other clan server as long as it can be passworded.

Games will be played on a Sunday night where possible, however can be changed by mutual consent by both teams.

Team rosters should be confirmed by Friday 10th Feb 2005. Each team can play up to two subs, however they must either be named on their own teams roster or another teams roster that is taking part. This means that boards.ie team one could have 8 team members nominated, ever only playing 6, and can lend any 2 players to the other boards.ie team, or other team should the need arise.

Hmm, all this talk of teams and squad leaders reminds me of a question I meant to ask.

Its not an unusual tactic for players to leave the team and rejoin when they die, so that they can respawn on the new squad leader.

I assume for simplicity we'll have none of that?

Really depends on your team tactics tbh. Some play with everyone a squad leader & then change till a squad when ya die so are in the action on respawn.

Yeah thats fine. They dont leave the team, just their squad.

Yes, but for example.

I am squad leader for the boards squad. I get killed. So I leave the squad and respawn on the new squad leader. The new squad leader gets killed and he leaves and spawns on the new new squad leader, ad infinitum.

Is this tactic allowed?

Yep rotating squad leaders is allowed, theres nothing against using it. You can have as many squads, leaders etc as you want.

Actually yeah i just thought when readin another post: We gonna make dolphin diving illegal? i dont mean the occasional hop behind a wall to avoid cover, i mean specifically when someones doing that prone jumping crap, its irritating as hell and an unfair advantage against someone who doesnt know how to do it

I beleive this has been discussed already. There will be no dolphin diving. Offenders will be gang raped by the various squad leaders.

But I take it for granted that using bull**** like dolphin diving is right out, as would be taking advantage of any other crap like that.

Wavey, i beleive it will be played as 2 rounds, one as US, one as MEC. Then total tickets added up or sumfin. Get screenshots from each round incase is a dispute.

Yup , like I said somewhere on here before , we have that spare multiplay TS just sitting there so who ever wants/needs it on the night can have it , or I can set it up for two seperate teams , or three .
