Help with Windows

Okay, first off I encountered a problem when I installed some antivirus software I got with my modem. But when I installed it my desktop would completely disappear and I basically couldn'nt use my PC. I decided to reinstall Windows for some reason and I've installed it to a certain point but it's now asking for a disc that I don't have. it's called "NVIDIA Network bus installation Disc #1" or something similar.

First question is How do I get this disc? Do I email Komplett and ask them for the specific disc. I bought the PC from Komplett.

Help will be appreciated. It's a bit of a dilemma.

    Thanks.

You need the drivers for your motherboard - these should have come on a CD...

What happens when you try and cancel it when it comes up with that? It shouldn't be vital to the installation of Windows, though you won't be able to go on the internet without it (if you're on broadband). At what part of the installation does this happen?

Anyway, you should probably speak to Komplett anyway - they should have given you the installation CDs for all your hardware (motherboard, graphics card, etc.).

When I try to cancel it, a blue screen appears saying Windows has shut down to prevent damage to my system and a physical memery dump takes place then the machine reboots.

I have a CD with all the installation software on it and used it when I got the machine but when I put a disc in the exact same blue screen appears.

Every time I turn on the PC it starts installing Windows for about 5 minutes and then asks for the disc I said above.

What's the best thing for me to do at this point?

    Thanks.
