Differences in Online Poker Cash Games

    hi all

since i've starting using Pstars a bit more, i've noticed like in some other poker when playing cash games, and you go down to an all in (with cards left to be dealt), you do not get to see the person's hole cards, instead you have to wait for the river and then an agonising wait to see if he has you beaten. i know the likes of PPP and ALL In poker will let you see the cards in the same case.

I know the precedent of it not being compulsory to show cards in live cash games but surely online it should all be compulsory in all of these online sites for them to be shown?

I'd like to know the thinking behind the likes of Pstars, Party Poker and many other online sites not setting this as one of the rules on their sites

in advance thanks for the feedback

when u play a cash game on PokerStars and someone mucks ... u can see what they have in instant hand history ... very good feature imo as it allows only people at showdown with player to view cards

I can't help with the reasoning but I agree with you. I like the agony to be over quickly as well.

Mind you it's not as bad when someone sucks out on you I think ;)

White knight are you sure it's only players at the showdown who can view these hands? I thought all players could see them.
