BT overcharging - whos succeeded in sorting this

    Hi,

    Ive just been overcharged(!?) by BT on my first bill. I did the "40 euros per month for line rental and broadband" thingy in November, and this is what i got

    -
    Line Rental 71.40
    Broadband Two-Monthly Sub 100.39
    Broadband SelfInstall Charge 41.32
    Total Discounts received -28.93

    and my other call charges which seemed fine.

    (71.40+100.39+41.32-29.83) €184.18 seems a LONG way from 80 euros.
    Has anyone got a proper number other than 1904 to ring their customer services (ringing at work from eircom landline)

    Does this seem odd to anyone. Has anyone been in this situation and successfully resolved it
