    Howdy!
    I have a jpeg video file that i am tring to upload on to a site. But it only supports .wmv files. i have tried looking for conversion software but i cant find any. Can anybody help?

    It may be an MJPEG - motion-jpeg (crappy video codec, basically a stream of jpeg frames crammed together).

    but mpeg does sound far more likely :p

    If you have WindowsXP you can use Windows Movie Maker to convert the mpeg into wmv. If you don't have XP, there's still plenty of free tools out there to do it for you. Google.

    doom9.net is the place to check for video conversion tools, but if Windows Movie Maker will do it, then you may as well use that.

    Windows Media Encoder from Microsoft's own site will do a pretty damn good WMV conversion. Free aswell. You just need to be running a genuine windows.
