    Em No and don't be so silly. What you do with your days off work are your own business, so why would your employer want to give you the another day's leave if you're sick on your original day off.

    I hate people like you lot, advising to take time off, if you're still sick on Monday, don't go in. If you're not sick go in.

    there was one weekend when i was sick for the whole thing, so on Monday i said **** it, i lost out on a weekend so i made up for it on Monday:)

    Don't know about the weekend but if you're sick while on holdiays from work you're entilted to take the amount of time sick as holidays another time.

    You do need doctors note or whatever though ... you can't just say "I had a headache one morning on my drinking holiday so I'm gonna take another day off.."

    We can claim our holidays back if you have a note aswell. Never had that before. its great.
