Seriously, there is a couple of big casinos, but I've never played there. So I dont know how easy it is to get in, what games are played etc. I'm sure Google will give you some info if no-one on the board can.
BUT, if this is your first trip to the Dam, forget poker.
Enjoy the novelty of sitting in a pub smoking your brains out on 40 different types of hash. Find out just how magical those mushrooms can be. Watch the achingly beautiful Dutch girls walk by. Dance in some of the coolest nightclubs in Western Europe.
Amsterdam is one of the best place in the world - poker will still be here when you get back.
    Enjoy - you're only young once !!!

I was in the Holland Casino when I was there 12 months ago. I just went for a look and played some blackjack - the only poker action was a couple of 5/10 holdem tables, a bit rich for my blood. It's a couple of miles out from dam square but it's only about 10 minutes on the tram.

Small blind was €25, BB was €50. I folded UTG without playing, much too much White Widow.

I haven't been there, but I doubt all these games are spread on any one night. Last thing I heard about it was there was always limit hold'em 10-20 and up, and that the omaha game rarely ran (used to be very good). Didn't hear anything about NL. This is second hand information, maybe out of date.
