Got a squeaky floorboard in the bedroom (no sniggering at the back). As the wife goes to work before me it keeps me awake every time she steps on it (Im sure she does it on purpose:D ). Any Ideas for fixing it ?

This has come up before, either put talcum powder around the edges of the board where it squeaks, or take it up and screw it down again (don't use nails).

Apparently the Japanese nobility of old would purposely have sqeaky floors in their palaces to warn them of midnight ninja attacks. So don't be too hasty to fix it - think of it as a free anti-ninja security system.
