Do you have any other problems once windows has loaded? What programs are set up to start with windows? Try running diags on hard drive & memory to rule out hardware causing the issue, then go to start..run and type in msconfig and press return, in the startup tab, click disable all and click apply, restart and check how long windows takes to boot, if it loads faster then some program is most likely causing the startup problems.

Try booting in Safe Mode... press F8 during the first boot-up sequence and you can select Safe Mode... see if that works

    Hey Guys

    Thanks for help, :)

I ran Check disk at startup and it now seems to start up fine, Check disk didn't report any errors and completed the test stating all ok. I have now restarted my system 3 times and it seems to be fine but again thanks for your help :D
