I have lost most of my BBC and all my ITV channels since I got the Software Download. As this only happended last night I'm not sure if I lost anything else but I want to pick up BBC2 Wales for the rugby if I can - any suggestions?

Seemingly it's "normal" (or at least it's a regular occurrence) for Sky boxes to loose the Other Channel information sometimes. Mine went once without a software update occuring. If you tune them in again you'll get them back.

Aviod having more than 10 entries, especially if using the personal planner.

Sorry Watty what do you mean by avoid having 10 entries? Does it mean I can only programme in 10 additional channels?

You *Can* put nearly fifty.. but it loses them quick.
20 are lost rarely, but seem to go if you add lots to personal planner,
    10 seems reliable.

Apparently my EPG was a UK Setup rather than ROI - anyway I have added a few channels that I wanted but now I think I may have problems pre setting them to record - is this possible as there doesn't seem to a be TV guide for the added channels?

You can't record "other channels" (Sky+) or use personal planner with them (ordinary Sky Digibox).

Other Channels just does the minimum to make a Sky Digibox EU legal.
