and did they charged you and refunded you ?

    (huh?!)

well, I think they probably WILL charge me and deliver the flowers late, which is better than nothing, but a bit pointless.

I probably clicked away any rights to have what I want at some step of the ordering process, but thought someone might know if I can demand some compensation or anything...

Complain to Interflora- its an organisation with independent members (your local flower shops). Something similar happened to me-they delivered late (and left them in a hot hotel lobby without telling anyone- so they were all wilted when someone figured who they were for). I was refunded, given an apology, and had a fruit basket delivered as an apology to my parents on my behalf.

If something isn't up to scratch- complain....... why are Irish people allergic to complaining when things aren't up to scratch........

We're not allergic to complaining but we do seem to be allergic to complaining to the right people.
