    Hi,

    Just wondering if any one has suggestions to what I should eat instead of bread when I feel the need for a snack.

    Everytime Im hungry in between meals I always just make a sandwich or something else using bread.

    If anyine has any ideas of alternatives they would be much appreciated as tbh I eat far too much carbs.

    Just change the type to fibre rich slow energy releasing ones. Eat fresh fruit. Try toasted pumpernickel with some good strong mustard and a bit of baked ham & tomato. Have some almonds. Have a bowl of all bran or meusli.

    God, I've been on a real meusli kick recently :confused:
