Bad Malware Dcuapp.exe - help!

Hi, someone from my college has got this malware on their home machine. it is using all the ram and all the cpu. he has tried everything he can think of to get rid of it. it doesnt even show up in the registry. has anyone had this problem with the malware called Dcuapp.exe? any help would be great thanks
