    Hi Folks
Im having a problem installing a internal modem on a older computer. Its an Athlon 600 running Win 2000 Pro. When installing all seems well until i try to dial out. Then i get the "no dial tune" message. I have checked cables, seating of the modem, even made a phone call by connecting into the phone in the modem. All work as expected but no way can i get it to dial out!!

    Any ideas?

Ok an Update!!! Now im getting
    "Dialing attempt 1 of 10
    Dialing......
    Unable to establish connection"

This message is taking less than a second to pop up after trying to connect!! GRRRRRRRRRR

EDIT 2!!! All is well with the world again ...problem solved ....... updated driver from the installation disk and away we go ......problem solved!!!
*mutters to self* why didnt you think of that earlier!!! *goes to corner and puts on tall pointy hat*
