Maxtor RMA service - Please Help

    Ok, on Janurary 18th i asked for an RMA from Maxtor as my hard drive i bought was faulty. They told me it would be with me in 2 to 2 and a half weeks and i rang today and was told that they don't have my hard drive model in stock and that it could be a few weeks or even a couple of months before they get it :mad: :mad: Basically i need help on what i can do!! I have asked for a refund but they said i will not be able to get one and when i asked to speak to the superviosor i was told that i can only email letters of complain to euro_rma@maxtor.com which i find discraceful. I have been without a hard drive for a month or so and desperately need my replacement. Is there anything i can do to hurry the process along? I have asked for a different model and i said i would even settle with a 250GB (original is 300GB) but was told it is not possible.

    HELP!!!!
