is the roundhouse the most effective kick ever

    jus wonderin what you think of roundhouses in any situation.sure to cause a few dissagrements but isnt that the fun of it all.:D

    Wouldnt say so. Low kick to the thigh. Roundhouses will just leave you exposed and will rarely cause a knockout.

    There's nothing as simple as that. For example, throwing a high kick or roundhouse straight off the bat might not have much effect as they might block it.. kicking low and then high, then it might have more of an effect and easier to nail. Depends on the situation tbh.

    in the ring, fighters in closed stance, scissors leg roundhouse; or standard mid section roundhouse followed by two overhead-cross'.
    As effective as shin kicks (low roundhouse) are I'm always afraid to use it in the ring cuz it's below the belt, although this is a low attack that you are allowed in the ring.
    Or two connsecutive roundhouses, first mid-section then to the head, good for points.
