Euromillions to be jackpot capped

Starting from next week, 10th Feb, if the euromillions is not won then it will be split between all winners in the next winning tier (be it 5 numbers and 1 star or lower). i can't believe how anal the net admins are in my college. That's locked out under gambling. absolute joke

I suppose there's a fairly reasonable public policy reason for not letting it get much higher - if that sort of money gets into the wrong hands it could be a bit of a disaster.
