Flash Mx tutorial???

    Hey guys,
    Anyone know where i can get an easy to use flash mx tutorial????
    i dont like the ones off the macromedia site so if anyone has any literature on flash mx showing a user how to do basic things well like fade-in images in or scrolling banners that would be great. cheers
