No.
Sky subscription viewing cards only work properly on a Sky Digibox or Sky+ box.

Even if you have a do-everything modified CAM, the Sky card will stop working and then need up to a day in a Sky box to get activated again.

Even if such a CAM works today as above, it may not work at all tomorrow.
