I've been looking around for information on where to find a meeting of Adult children of alcohics in my area. Google hasn't turned up anything. Ditto hse.ie and vhihealth.ie.

I didn't see a link in the charter etc thread. Anyone know how I can contact them. I'm in south Dublin.

    Thanks.

Doesn't seem to be any in Ireland according to this site. Is this the same thing you are talking about? I'll stick it in the links page if it is. Why not start your own group if there isn't one already?

There are ACoA groups in Dublin, I will try to find exact details, but there is one meeting at the Pro-Cathedral on Saturdays around 12 I think, if you ring there they should know. You could also try ringing Al-Anon GSO, they might have details, they should be in the book. HTH

The ACoA meeting in Cork for Adult Children of Alcoholics have a website showing their contact details at http://acoacork.googlepages.com. Something must be happening in Cork as the page was last updated November 2007. The Cork ACoA meeting seem to meet on the first and third Saturday afternoon of every month rather than weekly, indicating it might be rather small and personal.

Isn't there a group called Alateen for adolescents of alcholics? They would almost certainly have that sort of information.
