What does this mean? And how do I do it
    Thanks in advance

Errrr, yeah, it does sound a little stupid now that you mention it :p

    The error message is
Turn Passive Mode ON in your ftp software

So...you normally should be using a piece of software to upload the mp3 file. This is the ftp software (ftp client). Common types are leechftp, FlashFXP, Cuteftp, Smartftp....

There should be an option to turn 'passive mode on' in the softwre but until we know which version you have we can't really help you.

How were you going to upload the files?

Do you know what uploading is?

FTP stands for "File Transfer Protocol". Basically it's a way of transferring files from one computer to another. I'd suggest a bit of a google on "ftp tutorial" or some such.

Also have a look at filezilla.sourceforge.net for a good, free, ftp client.

SmartFTP is rather good too, and free. Assuming you're using windows.
