UK FTV card .. need pin code

Hi Guys , I have a UK FTV card and if I go to other channels it asks for a pin . Does anyone know if there is a default pin or how I would go about finding out what it is . Thanks

Try the last 4 digits of the card number .. thats the default pin afaik.

I suppose you don't have the way of finding the code if the default one was changed before actually getting the card??

Widescreen, I have the same problem, but alas no solution as of yet.

I think you have to ring sky/ftv administrators/whoever to get the pin if it has changed

your OTHER channels list can need a pin because you have some viewing restrictions set.

try removing them.
