Same Desktop on Dual Monitors?

I currently have both my monitor and TV set up to my graphics card (Sapphire Radeon 850XT) using the 'Extend my Windows Desktop onto this Monitor' feature. However, I'd like to set it up so that both monitor and TV display the same desktop - is this possible, and if so, how?

If not, my next option would be to assign a hotkey (which I can then map to my S510 media remote) that will drag windows media player onto the 2nd desktop. Again, is this possible, and if so, how?

I use an app called Ultramon which is designed to manage dual (or more) displays. It has many useful configuration options and will certailny have what you are looking for.

Im not 100% sure about ATI, but with my NVidia, there is the option to extend windows to this desktop. Then there is also the option 'clone' which makes each one the same.
