    Hi guys,

I am trying to exercise more. Get myself into shape etc. I bought a set of dumbells and starting to walking in the evenings. I am also considering re-joining the gym.

I wanted to ask you, how soon is it ok to start going for a walk after a meal or can you go directly after?

I'd assume its best to wait a bit for the food to digest!

    Any thoughts?

Following a monster stitch today, I suggest at least an hour and a half also. Especially after a big ol' pizza.

You can probably give yourself less if you're going for a walk, but take it gentle for the first mile or two, then step it up.
