    My name is Erin Shannon and I work in the Staffing Department of Google locate at the Google Headquarters in Mountain View, CA USA. I have been tasked with learning about the recruiters all over Europe, specifically in Dublin.     Senior Technical Recruiter

    This position is located in our European Operations HQ in Dublin, Ireland.

    Google, the premier provider of Internet Search, is looking for a senior level Technical Recruiter to help scale our world-class engineering organization in our Dublin office.

    This role is for the full cycle Technical Recruiter with a successful track record inside high technology software companies, sourcing and recruiting outstanding Software Engineers and Research Scientists. The ideal candidate will work within Engineering while maintaining close relations with the European recruitment team and the Google Headquarters in Mountain View, California. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively and a keen knowledge of software technology is required.

    Requirements:

    7+ years technical recruiting experience, with a track record for building strong engineering teams.
    Long term positions with proven success working inside high technology software companies.
    Experience working with Computer Scientists.
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
    University Degree required.
    Recruitment Specialist
    This position is located in our European Operations HQ in Dublin, Ireland.

    This role is an essential part of a dynamic recruitment team, focusing on the assessment and interviewing of candidates within high volume recruitment environment. You will be an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates from Europe – both new and experienced graduates. You must be delivery focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.

    Responsibilities:

    Sourcing and attracting candidates from all EU countries.
    Assessing a high volume of candidate's applications on a daily basis against pre-determined competencies for a full range of roles in our EU HQ.
    Hands-on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle; dealing with the requisition process; carrying out high telephone interviewing; developing relationships and liaising with Hiring Managers on a daily basis; scheduling of final interviews, handling the rejection and offer process, etc.
    Be involved in various stages of candidate attraction strategies and represent Google Ireland at recruitment and trade fairs, open days, etc.
    Requirements:

    3rd Level qualification or equivalent.
    Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience within a multinational environment.
    Hands on knowledge of sourcing and attracting European based candidates.
    Exposure to high-volume recruiting preferred, ideally with experience of recruiting customer/call centre or clerical skills.
    Previous experience of traditional as well as e-resourcing methods of attracting and sourcing staff.
    Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
    General knowledge of HR policies and practices preferable.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications: i.e., Excel, Access, Word & Outlook.

    Recruiting Team Lead

    This position is located in our European Operations HQ in Dublin, Ireland.

    Work on some requisitions yourself
    Requirements:
    Advanced degree (MBA or Masters degree preferred).
    Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
    Proven ability to manage a growing organization.
    Prior employment management experience in a high tech company.
    Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
    Significant prior recruiting and management experience.
    Very bright and assertive with the ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly.
    Prior experience in building a recruiting infrastructure including a resume tracking system, recruiting tools, design of a recruiting strategy, creating a recruiting budget, university recruiting, and building a strong team over all recruiting functions.
    Great people skills at all levels of the company.
    Emphasis on strong team work.
    Creative problem-solver.
    Fluency in other languages, a plus.

    Maybe they're trying new things - anyway the mods/admins can see if the IP matches, if they're not happy, I'm sure they'll sort it out.
