Sky telephone survey

    Hi all,

    2 nights ago I did a 30 minute survey on the phone to Sky (or rather to a survey company).

    For my efforts they have promised me a €10 voucher for Tescos.

    Generally I was pretty positive. I gave them low marks for caring for their customers but other than that... I had to tell the truth. You'll probably all start throwing things at me but well I haven't had any major Sky+ issues, and they do show the shows I want... the US imported Sc-fi.

    Unfortunately, they didn't have any opinion questions, everything was just a 1-10 or yes/no, and since they guy probably didn't work for Sky it wasn't going to be useful getting into a discussion. If I had the opportunity I would have complained about picture quality and the lack of information about HD.
