changing Credit Card - Options / comparrison?

    hi all
    I have a BoI advantage card and want to change to another supplier. Firstly for the free balance transfer and secondly for better service. i am tired of BoI's unhelpful nature.

    Anybody got any ideas where I'd find a comparrison of the cards and options available. Or any suggestions.
