    1. Who is running the event (organisation, society etc.): Imperium Galway.
    2. The purpose of the event (charity, commercial etc.): Non-commercial gaming club.
    3. Date and Location of event: Every Sunday on the 1st floor in the Bridge club, St. Mary's Road, Galway (this is near Cookes Corner).
    4. Registration and Start time of event: The freeroll starts at 4pm, but you can sit in until the break at 5pm. Single table freeze-out tournaments start whenever 10 players are registered for one, but not later than 8pm.
    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc.): We are a gaming club and as such everyone must be a member. Membership is free and the only requirement is your full name.
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.): Registration requires the player to be physically present. No advance bookings are taken. Registration may close if we run out of chips/chairs/tables (very unlikely).
    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.): Texas hold'em. The freeroll is a multi-table tournament with rebuys until the first break and one topup during that break. The single table tournaments are all freeze-out.
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc: The freeroll is 100% free, rebuys and top-ups are 10 euro each. The single table tournaments are available in 3 steps: 10 euro, 35 euro and 115 euro.
    9. Cost of registration: Included in the amounts above, but always 10% or less. This money is used to pay for rent, equipment, decks and other expenses.
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund: At least 90%.
    11. Any guarenteed prize pool: For the freeroll, first and second place are guaranteed a step 2 buyin voucher (35 euro). Also the best hand gets a step 1 voucher (10 euro).
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels: For the freeroll there are an unlimited amount of rebuys available until the first break.
    13. Starting Chips: 200. Chip values: blue=1, red=5, green=25, black=100, red=500.
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts: 200 and 200.
    15. Blind levels: 1/2, 2/4, 4/8, 8/16, first break, 15/30, 25/50, 40/80, 60/120, second break, 100/200, 150/300, 250/500, 400/800, 600/1200, third break, 1000/2000, 1500/3000, 2500/5000, 4000/8000, 6000/12000 and 10000/20000 with chip races during each break.
    16. Blind timeframes: 15 minutes.
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc): All prizes are in step buyin vouchers. These vouchers can be used for rebuys/topops/buyins for any step. They can also be exchanged for the cash value, but not on the same day as the issue date.
    18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill: Its self-deal except for the final table in the freeroll and step 2/3 single table tournaments. Dealers are not professionals but with a high level of skill.
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules: Yes, available on request.
    20. Is there a tournament director: Jim Neary and myself.
    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say: Normal casino rules apply. In case of a dispute a tournament director's decision is final.

This Sunday, 12 March, there will be no Sunday freeroll / Sunday poker steps held because of Itzacon (Galway's gaming convention). Instead there will be a 10 euro double-chance Texas hold'em tournament in NUI Galway at 2pm. There may be a free to be paid for entrance to Itzacon itself (not sure about this).
