Since it's The Winding Stairs First Performance here , some additional info...

Comprised of musicians Claire Galway, Tom Hughes, Mary O'Halloran and
    Ciaran
Tracey, THE WINDING STAIR play a dark and evocative variation on
    acoustic
    folk.

Debuting in the more intimate venues of Belfast in the autumn of 2005,
    TWS'
gigs have met with fantastic reponse from audiences and immediate
    re-booking
    from venues:
Taking acoustic folk influences from the likes of John Renbourne and
    Martin
Carthy (Tracey), the music is then softened, darkened and made
    enchanting by
the addition of cello (Hughes), violin (Galway) and plaintive vocals
    (O'Halloran).
