BT online bill missing

    It seems that BT has screwed up .... again :mad: online are missing, I checked with a few people at work all the bills are missing.
    Aren't they great?

    Just checked mine and they are gone too.

    Mine are gone too but hey, they were correct when the were there, they were all paid and I saved copies to my hard drive so it's no biggie.

    This happened 2 months ago too. Billing date is the 24th but to put the new bills online takes 2 days and it seems they have to delete completely reload everything. Strange, but I'd expect everything to be back (including the new bills) by end of business today.
