nero and 800meg cdr

have a file here its 780mg in size
i dont want to strip the rars off it and re join it back up.
do any of you guys use 800 meg cdr and what settings in nero do i need to change.

with over burn option on .and short lead out .

Overburn works well for MP3's but I think you need to do a bit more for Data.

I've never used them, but seen them recommended here and in Bargain Alerts many times. Post isn't that much from what I read.
