    Hi

When running on or walking fast I start to get a burning sensation in my calfs, it gets very uncomfortable and I cannot run for as long as I would like.

Is there arything I could do to stop this?

    Please advise

I get the same thing. From my bodybuilding phase i have very large calves , about 19.5 inches, but they were not very flexible at all. To sort this out i do a lot of very, very deep calf raises, getting a complete stretch for at least 3 to 4 seconds on each one at both the positive and the negative. Afterwards , when i get home i simply massage each one for a few mins. It seems to be helping as i had the same issues as you.

Another problem i have is that i have an extremely developed tibialus (sp? the muscle than runs down the shin? ) sometimes when I'm running this can cramp.

    Thats a bitch. :D
