ok so i know that u hate speed stts but hear me out. I think they're good because:

1 The players whowant to win fast are generally poor ones therefore
2 calling stations who pay u off with every hand u get which will be
3 big because the blind are big :D:D
4 the blinds you rob contribute more to your stack
5 they are faster so you can play more and win more.

thats it. try it out for the night and if it doesn't work you can then give me grief but try it first

not true, I want to win fast and I'm not a poor player. With the blinds rising so fast it actually goes against you because you're forced to play hands you normally wouldn't.

2 calling stations who pay u off with every hand u get which will be

far fewer than you would get in a normal STT as you will be forced to play more marginal hands to avoid getting swallowed up by the blinds. In fact if you're on the button first hand then the first time you're forced to pay a BB it could be 10% of your stack. How long are you going to wait for your big hand?

3 big because the blind are big :D:D

counter productive to your first and second points, if you are playing against poor/calling station players then you greatly increase your chances of being outdrawn because they won't fold to you. Meanwhile you can't afford to wait for a big enough hand that you stand a low chance of being outdrawn with and therefore you are also far more likely to be outdrawn.

4 the blinds you rob contribute more to your stack

which will make no real difference because you don't have the time to use that stack to it's best advantage, being forced to play hands to avoid being swallowed up by the blinds.

5 they are faster so you can play more and win more.

Only if you're very lucky, because you're playing more marginal hands your variance will be a lot higher and as a result you're unlikely to see a real upswing in fortunes as opposed to 3-4 tabling normal STTs

Show me 500 - 1000 STTs where you have proven this theory to be correct by having a higher than 42% ITM finish with a 30%+ ROI and I promise I'll be converted and follow your lead :D
