Upper body exercise machine?

    Hi all
I am sure there is plenty of advice here on this somewhere so apologies for this!

Basically I want to buy a machine of some kind that will help me tone up my upper body. I am not particularly overweight but I would just like to tighten up on top. My legs are grand because I walk miles and miles every week (I don't drive).
    3 things:
Want to tighten up my belly - it ain't that big but could be smaller
Want to tighten up my chest - me boobs are a little bit bigger than I would like (I'm a fella - LOL)
Maybe build up arm muscles a bit

I ain't interested in body building as such and don't particualrly care about any of this but would just like to do something daily that will improve things in the areas listed. I don't want to go to a gym but am wiling to buy something to use at home.

Finally where is best place to buy this kind of stuff in terms of value for money?

    Any advice?
    Thanks in advance.

A machine would be pretty useless for you i'd reccemmed getting a flat bench and some free weights much better for you and there's a lot more variety to the amout of exercises you can do.

    Sit ups
    Chin ups
    Crunches

And there are all free, but if you really want to spend some cash then yeah, get a bench and some free weights, far better than any machine. :D

Thnaks both for your replies. I was really hoping for some "wonder machine" that will do everything I want and not take up a lot of a space.
I am sure a bench and weights will take up more space than I have to spare.
    Any other ideas?

Any if you were to buy a machine where would you go? I was thinking of that place on Bachelors Walk.
Anywhere good value / helpful staff?

    Thanks!

To be honest , there is no such thing as a wonder machine, for the simple fact that most home machines that are afordable are also ****.

    Plain and simple.

The mechanics of them are crap, the do very little that they actually say they can.

If you are approaching this looking for a "wonder" anything then you are coming at this the wrong way.

You have a "Wonder Machine" already. Its called the human body. You can place your body in an endless variety of positions that cahnges the resistance of any exercise. Do a search and check out some of the bodyweight exercise threads.

When you can do 250 push ups in a variety of styles like standard, hindu, atlas, etc and then some vigorous bridging work you'll have an excellently conditioned body with a trim toned physique.
