canon promotions

    has anyone here received a refund from canon for the 350d or the 20d
    i ask because i have yet to receive an email from them .i sent in my stuff for the promotion at christmas and contacted customer service recently

    I got my cheque for €150 back on my 20D that I bought from technikdirekt.de
    Can't remember exactly when I sent it off but I got the cheque much sooner than I expected.

    They had sent me a few emails too saying that they received the application and that it would be processed within a few weeks. Did you get that?

    I sent mine off a few weeks and havent received the confirmation email yet. They definitely got it because I sent it by registered mail.

    i thought the promotion was only for 20D not 350D..

    because i just bought a 350d afew months ago

    there was more than one promotion if I remember correctly. There was one for the 350D that gave you €150 back if you paid for it with a mastercard. Not sure what the promo was on the 20D was.

    they were doing a promotion on the 350d up to christmas if you purchased with a mastercard.i guess there must be a delay as beano said he sent his off a few weeks ago i received no confirmation email yet
