Does anyone else eat this, or am I card carrying hippy? My favourite combination is the following:

    Base:
    Oatflakes
    Rolled Rye flakes

    Nuts:
    Almonds, skin on.
    Hazlenuts
    Chopped brazil nuts

    Seeds:
    Pumpkin
    Sunflower
    Golden Linseed

    Fruit:
    Golden sultanas
    Dried Apricots
    Dried Raspberries
    Dried Blueberries

    Sekrit ingredient:
    Dessicated Coconut

This is not only super good for you, it is bloody delicious. My mum uses spelt instead of rye, and dried mango, banana chips and dried pineapple chunks. I don't like hemp seeds in mine as they're too small and crunchy, and the shells get stuck in your teeth. The coconut adds this lovely sweetness.

Nope I've made it many times, using different combos of dried fruit/nuts/seeds. Can be delicious.
